Psoriasis ElbowsPsoriasis and Eczema Tips / Natural Remedy or Alternate Remedies:

My Grandmother told me this works because my Grandfather suffered at times from severe psoriasis (before he died - unrelated illness) and she tried everything to help relieve his itchiness. I think he had symptoms all over his body but worst on his arms. She told me that you actually need to "O-D" (Over-dose) on Vitamin B to make it settle down. Now I am not advising any one to Over-Dose on anything but as far as I know, Vitamin B just pees straight through within a few hours if you take too much so perhaps the worst effect might be "berrocca pee" :) Anyway, the Heavy Vitamin B dosage worked for me and now I just take one tablet every 2 days once it has calmed down.

This is because we need sufficient Vitamin B in our diet. Otherwise it will effect our body’s metabolism mechanism and as result in skin conditions if we are susceptible to them. Taking Vitamin B complex helps our nervous system as well, reducing our body's stress levels and helping our skin conditions to settle down.

A friend of mine had similar issues with Psoriasis all over her body and she had a water filter installed to her home that apparently filters the water from the mains water supply so that every tap in the house (including the shower) pours filtered water. She noticed a huge improvement (95% better) because apparently something in the water was causing the psoriasis to flare up. I'm guessing a filter like that wouldn't be a cheap remedy for psoriasis or other skin conditions like dermatitis and eczema but i guess if the symptoms are bad enough then people will pay anything.
